A walk through our vineyards and you will come across some of our beautiful olive trees which have been stood here for more than many a lifetime.
This serves as a reminder of how now, more than ever, do we start to see the effect of the climate crisis; global warming is resulting in inconsistent yields of olive oil that is steadily reducing. Let’s take care of this wonderful planet! 🌍

Exposed stone wall which used to be covered by paint and plaster before the restoration works were carried out. Now, with a beautiful evening light, the texture and colours are highlighted in the most beautiful way.
