APENAS UM QUARTO DISPONÍVEL EM AV 5 DE OUTUBRO 61,LISBOA!!! em Janeiro para pessoa simpática, bastante sociável, respeitadora das regras de utilização comum de uma casa (quem não se enquadrar no perfil não contacte) em apartamento com 7 quartos (7pessoas)/2 casas de banho(1 grande/1 pequena), sala de estar, 2 frigoríficos no SALDANHA (2 min da linha amarela do metro, uma das melhores áreas de Lisboa para se viver) de 250€/mês com contas incluídas (água, luz, gás, Internet e limpeza uma vez por semana). Ambiente jovem, descontraído e sociável. A área é óptima para viver com todo o tipo de serviços muito perto.
Pedimos Caução
As fotos do quarto encontram-se no álbum Saldanha II e as fotos têm como descrição room6 e room2.
Dou total preferência a visitas pois faltam algumas fotos nos álbuns e assim vêm tudo e só tenho disponibilidade até dia 23 dezembro, dúvidas por favor guarde para o dia da visita.

Environment young, relaxed and sociable. The area is great to live with all kinds of services very close.
