No coração da Quinta da Porteleira, em Monção, o The Vinea Collection Hotel convida-o para um jantar vínico exclusivo em parceria com a Quinta Vale dos Ares.

No próximo dia 28 de agosto, sexta-feira, às 20h, desfrute de um menu especialmente criado para harmonizar com os vinhos Vale dos Ares, um jovem projeto familiar do Alto Minho que segue o conceito de boutique w**ery.

Produzidos na Quinta do Mato, propriedade da família desde 1683, os vinhos da Quinta Vale dos Ares refletem uma filosofia de pequena produção, onde cada detalhe é cuidadosamente acompanhado para expressar, de forma autêntica, o terroir de Monção e a excelência da casta Alvarinho. A prova será conduzida pelo proprietário e enólogo Miguel Queimado, que partilhará a história, a filosofia e as características de cada vinho ao longo da experiência.

At the heart of Quinta da Porteleira, in Monção, The Vinea Collection Hotel invites you to an exclusive w**e-pairing dinner in partnership with Quinta Vale dos Ares.

On Friday, August 28, at 8:00 p.m., enjoy a menu specially created to pair with Vale dos Ares w**es, a young family-run project in the Alto Minho region that follows the boutique w**ery concept.

Produced at Quinta do Mato, a family-owned estate since 1683, Vale dos Ares w**es express the unique terroir of Monção and the excellence of the Alvarinho grape. The tasting will be hosted by owner and w**emaker Miguel Queimado.
