For Octant Hotels’ fourth anniversary, we invited our Chefs to create cakes inspired by the places that define us.
Here at Octant Vila Monte, inspiration came from carob, a flavour deeply connected to the Algarve.
A cake that reflects the identity of the region and celebrates what Octant Hotels is today: a brand built from different places, united by the same way of welcoming others.
