We welcome you into our village of São Luís,

Located 20 minutes inland from the beautiful Alentejo Coastland, São Luís is a tiny village that preserves the charm of different times.
Where tranquility and simple life still dictate the rhythm of the days and nature rolls out in every direction.
In this village everyone still greets each other in the streets, neighbors are always there to lend a hand, and the foreign community is expanding day by day.
Here tradition and innovation go hand in hand.

*Homemade granola and fresh eggs from Myrna’s dad chickens
*Fresh juices, with orange that we just picked from the tree
*Our village market opens early, where we buy our daily veggies and fruits
*Healthy, nourishing lunches and diners in the garden
*Mediterranean, vegetarian and mainly local produce

The feeling of clay in your hands

Integrated into our vision, the clay workshop invites you to a creative experience deeply rooted in the Earth.

Working with clay is a sensory and meditative process where the hands shape the material while the mind slows down and focuses on the present.

In a tranquil and inspiring environment, participants are guided in a free and intuitive exploration, learning simple modeling techniques while developing their personal expression.

More than the final result, the process is valued: the direct contact with the Earth, the texture, the rhythm, and the mindfulness in each gesture.

It is an invitation to let go of expectations of the final product and simply create and rediscover the simplicity and pleasure of making something with your own hands.

This sound journey experience is part of the retreat to invite a profound inner energetic recalibration.

Through various instruments, voice and silence you will be guided intuitively by a Yoga teacher that has been guiding groups and individuals for many years.

This journey can help you release emotional tensions, restore inner balance and create space for more clarity and lightness.

Each session is guided with the outmost care and sensitivity, respecting each individual rhythm and need.
