This board serves as a symbol for the need of giving trash value again and to emphasise that we need to rethink our habits in refusing single use plastics and live more sustainable.
Recycling is not efficient, therefore: REFUSE, REDUCE, REUSE, REPAIR, REPURPOSE rather than recycle."

As the surf house remains closed and surfing isn't allowed, we use our extra time to sew reusable face masks for the local comunity.
We make cotton masks which you can wash and reuse. No single use waste. Let us know if you are in Peniche and you might need one. 👍

Further, there is an amazing project in Peniche Mão Solidária de Peniche. Right now about 80 volunteers are sewing reusable masks from TNT and distributing them to the population. They just ask for contribution to pay the material. -> info pict.

We have lost rhythm in surfing, but we are getting it in sewing.😀
Hopefully soon we will be back in the water again. Miss you.💙

Přečtěte si příběh české surfařky, která se odstěhovala za svým snem do portugalského Peniche. 🏄‍♀️🌊🇨🇿

Letos na podzim jsem se zúčastnil surf lekcí s pro coachem v portugalském městečku proslulém produkcí supertrubek a sardinek. Na lekci dorazila i sympatická blondýna Pavla. Po pár vlnách jsem zjistil, že mluvíme stejnou řečí, a že dokonce i skvěle surfuje. Pavla se k oceánu přes...
