The first floor is a T1 apartment, able to accommodate a couple and a third person, in a sofa bed.
Regarding the decoration, a tasteful functional and aesthetic balance was found between the historically-rich aspects of the house, such as the wrought ceiling of the living room, and the other modern commodities such as the kitchenette.

O 1º andar, do tipo T1, acomoda confortavelmente um casal e uma terceira pessoa, pois dispõe de sofá cama.
Em termos de decoração procurou-se o equilíbrio funcional e estético bem interessante, sendo exemplo disso a zona comum da sala onde se incluiu uma kitchnet, tendo-se preservado as notas históricas da casa, como é o caso, por exemplo, do tecto da sala.

This is a complete, one bedroom apartment, ideal for a couple. It has two independent access points, one to the inner garden and one to the street. The living room and the kitchen are contiguous, separated by a doorway. The bedroom has an additional toilet room.

O apartamento em causa está completamente equipado e foi pensado para ser usufruído, tipicamente, por um casal, numa estadia confortável. Tem uma configuração interna funcional, destacando-se os 2 acessos independentes, no caso ao jardim e à via pública.

This apartment is fully equiped and has been thought out to host, typically, 4 adults. A baby bed/crib is also available. One of the rooms has a double bed, while the other (the suite) has two single beds along with the crib.

The apartment has a practical layout, with special mention to the two balconies (one on each façade) and the building private garden.

O apartamento em causa está completamente equipado e foi pensado para ser usufruído, tipicamente, por 4 pessoas adultas e ainda dispõe de uma cama/berço para bebé. 1 dos quartos tem uma cama de casal, o 2º quarto que é uma suite e onde está o berço, tem 2 camas de solteiro.

Este apartamento é do tipo T2, tem uma configuração prática salientado-se as 2 varandas (uma em cada fachada) e o jardim privativo do edifício.
