This is us; Giel, Karin and Selah.
Your hosts for all the Deveza retreats, family holidays and winter stays and who knows, maybe even weddings in the future 😉

Giel is the visionaire, carpenter and chef de cuisine of the quinta and
Karin is the decorator, back office captain and breathwork facilitator of the place.
Selah is our little big happy animator and makes friends with all ages.
Quite the social team together 😆

Tiny house Castanha Sneakpeak!

Castanha is one of our 2 newest tiny houses that Giel built this last winter. Another version of the Aframe house, with a large couch in front of an even bigger window!
Do you feel nature calling you already?

First upcoming yoga holiday is with amazing Dana! ♥️
Since 3 years Dana teaches at our yoga holidays, so you can say she is one of our Deveza resident teachers 😍
Her energy is always vibrant, she knows how to make everyone laugh with her sense of humor, self-mockery and down to earth vibe. Her laugh is one of the best things 😄
She is musically very gifted (singing and playing the piano) so you might see this merging into her classes.
Yoga and Pilates are her thing, and she is looking forward seeing you in her classes!

Our shala starts to be surrounded by green more and more. Oh how we love this time of year when everything is blossoming! 🌸

Slowly (not so slowly of course, in real life 😆) we are preparing the land for upcoming season.
Holiday weeks and retreats are filling up, we are again improving and beautifying our little paradise and can’t wait to share it with you!

Evening scene at the bar ☀️

Maybe it’s not the sharpest or most professional photo, but for us it shows the vibe we love here at Deveza: easygoing, cosy, kids mixed with grownups, good food and great temperatures. Lots of times we’re enjoying too much to take pictures and then, at the end of the Summer, we have to use our memory to look back at the lovely moments we shared.
We are looking so forward to upcoming season!!
