Immerse yourself in the perfect blend of yoga, surf and relaxation in the beautiful coastline of Sagres, in our cozy guesthouse.Come and witness both disciplines in their pure essence. is host of this special retreat! “This is a different retreat that I usually host, but I’m super excited to share with you both of my passions in life that healed and allowed me to be who I am right now. A journey to feel the deep connection to the element of the ocean, allowing yourself to flow, let go and ride some waves with no expectations. A deep connection to yourself and Mama Earth. We will create a safe space for you to purely be with no judgments, pure acceptance, gratitude and love.”
The surf will be guided by Aldeia Caiçara + Team. We will take you to the waves regarding your surf level and making sure to make the best out of the session. Knowing that everyday the ocean is different and we are different, so no judgments or expectations. Just enjoying the ride in the ocean no matter what, attitude is key to happiness.
Looking to improve your yoga & surf technique? To understand the ocean? Understand and be aware of your body while surfing? Aware of your body in the mat and improve your technique on and off the ocean through different techniques such as yoga, breathing, surf skate and video feedback and personalized guidance. Allow yourself to be guided on and off the mat, on and off the ocean. Fully surrender into the moment in the mat and in the ocean. Connect with ourself and connect with the ocean.
