4elements retreat Portugal We host small-group yoga retreats on Portugal’s west coast, about 50 minutes north of Lisbon.

Our 7-day program combines yoga, reflection, nature, and Human Design to explore how the practice can move beyond the mat and into everyday life. Spend your holidays in our cozy holistic home: start the day with a yoga class, enjoy our homegrown vegetarian food and participate in outdoor activities. Trek with us, garden with us, cook with us or just relax at the beach – feel at home at elements!

It's going to be quite special: a solar eclipse just before sunset, with a coverage of 96% here. And during the night the peak of the perseid meteor shower (shooting stars 🌠)

Aside from this astronomical spectacle we'll enjoy the usual goodies of daily yoga, good food straight from the garden, time and movement in nature, connection, rest, meditation and much more ❤️

I try to come here once a day. To reset, to breathe, to let go.
This wasn't always the case. You can live by the ocean and not see it for days, because you get caught up in life's craziness 🤯
But we have this gift right on our doorstep. And I love it. And there is nothing better to calm down. To get back to myself. Let the mind go quiet. Instantly I feel peace. Because I can be present.

In less than a 10 minute walk you're at this spot from our retreat. Hear the waves, feel the breeze, the sun on your skin, smell the fresh air, taste the saltiness - and enjoy ❤️

We still have space throughout the season, our retreats run from Sunday to Saturday. Here are the next available dates:

This is why we're here. In every sense.

We love this place. It gives us peace, quiet and clarity. And we feel that this is what it’s all about. Taking away the noise, taking away the rush. Reconnecting with ourselves and simply BE.

That’s why our signature retreat is called “The Art of Being” now. Because what we have created all along is a space where you can be yourself. You have the space for it, you have the time for it. And everything else will fall into place. Naturally.
