L o c a t i o n :
The farm Fonte de baixo is Located In the center of Portugal, between Porto and Lisbon, in one of the most beautiful areas in Portugal, in the charming village of Pedrogao Pequeno.
The village is located right on the banks of the Zezere River and Cabril dam
where you can swim and kayak among the green mountains.
O u r l i t t l e f a r m :
Fonte de Baixo is surrounded by this powerful nature from all directions, viewing the green mountains and forests and overlooking the lake of the cabril dam.
There are fruit trees all over the farm, and an apple orchard down the terraces.
T h e a c c o m m o d a t i o n s p a c e :
Xisto stone room. bedroom\living room - Traditional Portuguese stone room, warm and cozy with a double bed, fireplace and a small family table.
Outdoor shed. Kitchen and Dining area – next to the room there is an equipped kitchen and dining space, outside with the forest view.
outdoor bathroom cabin – a few steps away from the stone room you have your wc\shower in a separate room.
The terrace - The terrace is located in the most beautiful spot in the farm, overlooking the views of the forest mountains and the zezere river.
100 m2 of xisto stone traditionally made for the purpose of drying out the crops.

The farm is located in an area full of natural attractions and pictures spots, waterfalls, river beaches, lakes, mountains and forest tracks.
Just one step away from the farm through a beautiful walking trail you could reach magnificent forest tracks or walk along the river, arriving to the lake and enjoy a nice swim and kayaking.
Minutes away from the farm you will find historical sites of the Pedrogao Pequeno like the Filipino Bridge, The Cave, old power stations (Moinhos), Nosa Senhora Church and so many breathtaking peaceful spots in the river beaches around.
