Meet our team:
TANIA

My name is Tania and I grew up around pots and pans, as my grandmother, with whom I spent the first years of my life, already prepared lavish tables and good snacks at family gatherings.
Thus, nutrition presents itself as the first choice.
But, having my first work experience in confessing vegetarian food, I realize that it is actually what I wanted, the art of feeding people well. I therefore decided to attend the Macrobiotic and Vegetarian Cuisine course at the Macrobiotic Institute of Portugal, which I completed successfully.
My passion is creating on the stove, providing pleasure on the palate.
I am Chef at Villa Epicurea, and I am here to better serve you.

Meet Diana our therapist 🌸
With a background in Traditional Chinese Medicine, massage therapy, and as a physiotherapy assistant, she has developed throughout her journey an integrative and deeply human approach to caring for the body and mind.
Since 2015, she has been supporting clients in both spa settings and private practice, with a special focus on therapeutic and relax massage. A practice that combines technique, sensitivity, and presence.
Her way of working is guided by attentive listening, the personalization of each session, and an energetic dimension that respects the unique rhythm and needs of each individual.
Also passionate about nutrition and its impact on health, she studied macrobiotic cooking, reinforcing her holistic vision of balance and well-being.
She is driven by a genuine desire to care, to help, and to provide moments of relief, peace, and reconnection. She believes that by caring for herself and others, she contributes to a more balanced and harmonious life.

🩵With the arrival of Spring, we invite you to discover cyanotype - one of the oldest photographic processes in the world, where sunlight is the only brush you need.

🌞In this workshop, you’ll master his ancient technique surrounded by nature, serenity and a delicious brunch at Villa Epicurea, where you can contemplate the beauty in simple things.

🌿Flowers, leaves, photo negatives and shadows - whatever you place on the paper will be imprinted in a deep blue. Each print is unique and original.
