Casinha da Avó is a recently refurbished two bedroom duplex apartment with sea view terrace, located in the heart of Sesimbra, a small Portuguese fishing town, on the coast of the Atlantic Ocean. Boasting two bedrooms, consisting of one double and one twin, Casinha de Avó cleverly utilises the natural light to create a bright and vivid atmosphere whilst inside the apartment. Both bedrooms have air conditioned, WiFi access and have ample built in wardrobe space. Upstairs is the living area, where you can find the lounge and kitchenette. Plus, you can open out onto the terrace, which not only allows you to take in stunning views of the coastline, but spend time with friends and family on those long summers evenings. Casinha da Avó is located just off the seafront, meaning a walk to the beach lasts no longer that 1 minute. It's location is central to Sesimbra too, with numerous restaurants, shops and bakeries within a 5 minute walk from the apartment. Casinha da Avó is in it's final stages of development, and is now able to take bookings from this Summer 2016
