The villa benefits from air conditioning throughout the living area and all bedrooms for the warmer summer months and electric heating and a traditional log burner for the cooler winter months. There are three large bedrooms all with large built in wardrobes. The master bedroom on the first floor has a large en suite bathroom with an enclosed shower unit and plenty of storage. There are two additional bedrooms on the ground floor with a family bathroom between. The west facing solarium and pool area provide ample sunshine and long lasting warmth into the evenings. The lush tropical gardens have been thoughtfully planted and beautifully maintained for your enjoyment. Behind the main garden and pool area is a large fully fenced field which is ideal for playing games in. This is not a nondescript apartment block or hotel room but a place with all the privacy and space you could want. Return from the beaches in the late afternoon to air conditioning, a drink by the pool and a little more effortless relaxation. The historic town of Silves is approximately a 5 minutes drive by car where there are supermarkets, numerous bars, renowned restaurants and shops. Two big water parks (Slide and Splash and Aqualand) are within a 15 minutes drive, and Zoo Marine for the whole family within a 20 minutes drive. The Algarve Shopping Centre at Guia, just 25 minutes drive away, offers great High Street shops, cinemas and restaurants. The villa is an ideal base for walking, cycling, horse riding, surfing, bird watching and tennis holidays or just chilling out. The villa also benefits from being central to many golf courses in the central Algarve region. Most notable are the Pestana Silves Golf and the beautiful Ocianico Faldo courses are all within a short drive. Other nearby courses include: Pinta Golf Course, Amendoeira Golf Resort, Morgado Golf, Ocianico O'Connor Jnr. There is also a Par 9 course at Vale de Milho just outside Carvoeiro which is suitable for families. Discounted green fees and special packages are available on many courses.
