This beautiful rental house, built in the 1930's was completely renovated in 2016. It is a designer home with a brand new interior, but with all the charm of a traditional Portuguese Casa. Every detail was made with LOVE. It is located in the pinewood of Banzão-Colares (Sintra), in a very private and secure area, surrounded by the beauty of Sintra forest. Wonderful beaches and many historic sites are very nearby. You can walk or ride a bike to the beach. This two-story home can is rented per week and can accommodate 10 guests in comfort. The first floor has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The second floor has three more bedrooms and two bathrooms. A crib or toddler bed is available upon request. There are two living rooms (one with smart tv), a dining room and a fully-stocked kitchen including everything from glassware to an expresso maker. The doors are open to the living area, with lounge furniture, an outdoor dining table and chairs, a kitchen near the barbecue, all surrounding a beautiful pool (8x4 mts). For the children, but also for adults, we have a separate playroom near the garden, with music, ping-pong and a football table game. Just imagine, sitting by the pool, having your morning coffee and planning an exciting day exploring Sintra Village, the towns and other historic villages nearby.
