Located in the city center of one of the most beautiful cities of Portugal, Hostel 2300 Thomar offers you a comfortable decoration with simple ambiances, inspired in Portuguese popular culture. Just one hour and a half by car or train from Lisbon, Tomar is a Templar city filled with history and interesting monuments such as Templar’s Castle and Convent of Christ, both recognized in World Heritage

List by UNESCO. But besides them there are a lot of things to do and see in this beautiful city filled with nice people who like to receive tourists and share with them all these amazing places. Hostel 2300 Thomar is located in Rua Serpa Pinto, best known as “corredoura” (it was from this street that the Templar Knights used to ride their horses into the Castle) a pedestrian street just in the city center of Tomar, near the main square Praça da República. It's not far from bus and train stations (about 10 minutes walking). It is also next to tourism information office and to restaurants and bars. Hostel 2300 Thomar has three dorms with eight beds, two dorms with six beds, and three double rooms, all with shared bathrooms. It has a total of forty two beds plus two extra ones. All rooms have different decorations inspired in Portuguese popular culture and big windows with balconies facing the main street. From this location you can easily reach all the interesting places to visit in Tomar. It is near the main square and next to many restaurants and bars. There are also available many facilities such as a 24 hours reception, free wi-fi, computers to easily access the internet, an outdoor terrace to chill out, a kitchen totally equipped, a dinning room, a living room with cable tv and music, a library, among others.
