It feels very special to finally share this with you.

Slow Down Retreat has been growing quietly for some time and, somewhere along the way, it became this.

For four days, Casa Nook in Sagres will host us as we slow down, spend time in nature, listen to the body, learn from simple things and explore ways of caring for ourselves.

A journey created to help you bring home some of that peace and sense of home we often find when we step away from our everyday lives, spend a few days in nature or simply give ourselves the space to slow down.

And now, we are very happy to finally open the doors.
