The observation of nature and its expression in art form is also healing, and traditional Chinese brush painting is a beautiful tool that increases our connection with nature and brings health to the spirit. We thank our artist and decorator Teresa Stewart for the teachings! 🎨🌸✨

It’s time to start sharing the beautiful rooms of the lodges we have! This is one of the five rooms of the house located in Vouzela.

We always put a lot of attention and love in what we do. We do believe a house has a soul and personality, and we add our souls and personalities in it, and this is the result! 🥰

Have you ever heard about Kombucha? 🥤

Kombucha is a millennial drink made from a sweetened green or black tea or infusion that, from controlled fermentation, offers probiotic qualities
(organisms compatible with our intestinal flora), enzymes that help digestion and vitamins from the metabolic process of microorganisms that strengthen our immune system
and improves the functioning of our intestine.

The fermentation is made by culture of bacterias, known as SCOOBY. It's very interesting for us to see how these colonies are alive and how we can make this exchange of contributions,
in which we help and feed these bactérias and they provide us this medicinal drink.

And VourPorMontes is gladly working on it to offer some news to our guests 😃
