«رتاج للفنادق والضيافة» و«ڤالو للضيافة» توقعان عقد إدارة وتشغيل «فندق رتاج ڤالو» بمشروع سولارا في العين السخنة

وقّعت رتاج للفنادق والضيافة عقدًا مع ڤالو للضيافة، إحدى شركات مجموعة إم جي للتطوير، تتولى بموجبه إدارة وتشغيل «فندق رتاج ڤالو»، أحد المكونات الرئيسية في مشروع سولارا بالعين السخنة.

وتم التوقيع بين سعادة الشيخ نايف بن عيد آل ثاني، رئيس مجلس إدارة مجموعة شركات رتاج، والسيد محمد مطاوع، رئيس مجلس إدارة مجموعة إم جي للتطوير، بحضور السيد مدحت النوبي، الرئيس التنفيذي لرتاج للفنادق والضيافة، والسيد إسلام يسري، المدير الإقليمي لتطوير الأعمال برتاج للفنادق والضيافة، والسيد أحمد كيرة، الاستشاري الفندقي، إلى جانب قيادات الشركتين وممثلي وسائل الإعلام.

ويمثل الفندق المشروع الثامن ضمن محفظة رتاج للفنادق والضيافة في مصر، بما يعكس توسع العلامة الفندقية القطرية وثقة المطورين والمستثمرين بخبراتها التشغيلية.

Retaj Hotels & Hospitality and VALO Hospitality Sign a Management and Operations Agreement for RETAJ VALO HOTEL at Solara Ain Sokhna

Retaj Hotels & Hospitality has signed an agreement with VALO Hospitality, a subsidiary of MG Developments, to manage and operate RETAJ VALO HOTEL, a key component of the Solara Ain Sokhna development.

The agreement was signed by H.E. Sheikh Nayef bin Eid Al Thani, Chairman of Retaj Group of Companies, and Mr. Mohamed Metawa, Chairman of MG Developments. The signing took place in the presence of Mr. Medhat Nouby, CEO of Retaj Hotels & Hospitality; Mr. Islam Yousry, Regional Director of Business Development at Retaj Hotels & Hospitality; and Mr. Ahmed Kira, Hospitality Consultant, alongside senior representatives and members of the media.

The hotel becomes Retaj’s eighth project in Egypt, reflecting the continued expansion of the Qatari hospitality brand and growing investor confidence in its operational expertise.

رتاج للفنادق والضيافة وبلاتينيوم القابضة توقّعان اتفاقيتين لإدارة وتشغيل فندقين في الرياض وشراكة استراتيجية للتوسع في المملكة
تم توقيع الاتفاقية بين سعادة الشيخ نايف بن عيد آل ثاني، رئيس مجلس إدارة مجموعة شركات رتاج، ورجل الأعمال فيصل بن عبد الرحمن آل عويدان، الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة بلاتينيوم القابضة. وبموجب هذا التعاون، تتولى رتاج إدارة وتشغيل فندقين على طريق الملك عبد الله في الرياض بإجمالي 400 غرفة فندقية. وتؤسس هذه الشراكة لتعاون طويل الأمد يهدف إلى استكشاف فرص تشغيلية وتطوير قنوات تعاون جديدة مع الملاك والمستثمرين في السوق السعودي.

The agreement was signed between H.E. Sheikh Nayef bin Eid Al Thani, Chairman of Retaj Group of Companies, and businessman Faisal bin Abdulrahman Al Owaidan, CEO of Platinum Holding. Under this collaboration, Retaj will manage and operate two hotels on King Abdullah Road in Riyadh, featuring a total of 400 rooms. This partnership establishes a long-term cooperation aimed at exploring opportunities and developing new channels of collaboration with owners and investors in the Saudi market.
