Today, we are delighted to introduce Madalina Peicu-Stoica, our Director of Sales at Pullman Bucharest World Trade Center.
Although Mฤdฤlina's academic journey began in Dentistry, her professional passion soon took her in a very different direction โ towards sales and hospitality. With experience gained in other top hotels, she discovered that building relationships, understanding clients, finding the right solutions and turning opportunities into successful partnerships were where her true enthusiasm lies.
Mฤdฤlina joined the Pullman team only a few months ago, but in a short time, she has already become a highly dedicated and involved member of our Sales team. Her energy, determination, and hands-on approach are visible in everything she does. She is always ready to listen, support, find solutions, and turn ideas into action.
For Mฤdฤlina, sales is much more than achieving results. It is about people. It is about understanding what a client really needs, building trust and creating partnerships that grow over time. Her experience in leading sales teams and working with a diverse range of clients gives her a valuable perspective, while her enthusiasm keeps her constantly looking for new opportunities.
Joining a new team is never just about bringing experience with you โ it is also about being open to learning, connecting with people and becoming part of something new. Mฤdฤlina has embraced this chapter with remarkable energy and we are happy to have her leading our Sales team.
