What happens when you mix sweet treats, surprise gifts, mystery clues, ice cream, cocktails, laughter and a hotel full of amazing people?
Well... apparently, you get one unforgettable Team Appreciation Week.
Over the past few days, we've exchanged small gestures and big smiles, spoiled each other with goodies, tested our detective skills in the cutest escape game ever (huge applause for our amazing colleague, Ivana 👏) and experienced what may go down in history as the funniest raffle Hilton Garden Inn Bucharest Old Town has ever seen.
There was ice cream. There were cocktails. There was cake. And then more cake. There were funny gifts and crazy prizes. And yes, there was even a theatre play planned... which got cancelled. But somehow, that only resulted in more laughs, more stories and one extra cocktail. We consider that a successful plot twist. 🍸
The truth is, none of these moments were really about the prizes, the treats or even the activities. They were about YOU. The people who show up every day, support one another, celebrate wins together, jump in when help is needed and make this hotel feel less like a workplace and more like a happy place.
Great hospitality isn't just about beautiful rooms or excellent service. It's about people taking care of people. The care we show one another behind the scenes is reflected in every guest experience we create. That's why this place feels like more than a workplace. We're more than colleagues.
