👩‍🍳Today, both .rooftop.official and Vibre Hotel welcome a new chapter, one that begins with .iulia Chef Alexandra Lazăr.

⭐️ With over a decade of experience, Alexandra has built her journey through some of Cluj’s most respected restaurants, shaped alongside Chef Adi Hădean and further refined within a Michelin-starred kitchen in Spain.

Her approach is both precise and expressive, where technique meets intuition, and every plate tells a story beyond the ingredients themselves, but her story goes beyond the kitchen.

As a trainer within the .hospitality School in Cluj and a graduate of the Global Swiss Learning “Train the Trainer” program, Alexandra brings not only experience, but a true passion for growth, mentorship and evolution.

This is not simply a new role, it’s a new rhythm, fresh energy and a beautiful story already unfolding above the city.

In partnership with .romania and the Embassy of Spain in Bucharest, we had the pleasure of hosting a special culinary gathering at Leda Restaurant alongside .iulianchivu , and Chef

“The boys” handled their knives with precision, care and a lot of personality, transforming carefully selected METRO ingredients into a vibrant Spanish-inspired experience where the taste honestly spoke for itself.

From kitchen banter to slow conversations around the table, the entire day carried that beautifully intense energy you only find when talented people genuinely enjoy creating together.
