Our new summer tasting menu is signed by our culinary team and shaped by the rhythm of this place: the gardens in full bloom, ripe fruit, fresh herbs, warm evenings and the beautiful simplicity of things made by hand.

It is a menu about how a day feels here, in Criș (Kreisch, Keresd) from morning light to dinner in the Barn, with everything the garden, the village and our team bring together at the table.

There’s something we strongly believe in: to give you what we have at its very best. So each morning begins in the same way, in the garden, at nearby farms, in the pantry. We look at what arrived fresh, what was picked at its peak, what feels right that day. Only then does lunch begin to take shape. No menu written in advance or dishes repeated out of habit. Lunch is decided the very day it is cooked. Simple, generous, made only for the estate guests.

This is our spring–summer collection. Now open for tasting, even if you’re only passing through. Before it becomes a dish, it is a landscape. A composition of wild leaves, soft blossoms, fleeting greens gathered at their peak: alliaria, ground elder, red dead-nettle, yarrow. The first frame: spring, deconstructed. What follows is a glimpse of summer, already on its way. The fine dining experience is available on OpenTable Friday and Saturday evenings, an invitation to taste the transition, even for just one evening.
