We offer free of charge 2, even 3 secured parking lots on-site at all times for guests. The villa has 3 bedrooms for 2 or 3 guests each, 2 living rooms with comfy sofa beds, 2

bathrooms, a cozy balcony with a waterfront view, 1 spacious kitchen, 1 fully equipped pavilion with a multifunctional grill and oven, a 50sqm floating pontoon, and a pleasant garden with 3 parking lots. The upper floor area and the ground floor areas can be accessed separately, for more privacy. Facilities:
--> Private fishing spot, equipped with: fishing rods, lures, and bait
--> Lounge and sunbathe on the pontoon
--> Barbeque area with the pavilion (up to 14 pax)
