From Saturday’s sunset to Sunday’s first light, Euforia became the setting for something truly special.

For the first time in Romania, red light therapy was brought to the beach through Nircura | Red Light & NIR Technologies Red Light Yoga Mats, creating athoughtful meeting point between movement, light and the natural rhythm of the sea.

Across two yoga sessions led by Bloom ｏｆＳｈａｋｔｉ- Yoga & Holistic Guide red and infrared light became part of a slower ritual, unfolding beneath thechanging colours of the sky and inviting everyone to pause, reconnect and simply be present.

We are deeply grateful to Nircura | Red Light & NIR Technologies for bringing this pioneering concept to Romania and for choosing Euforia as the place tointroduce it. With Ana Maria Tudoran guiding both sessions, the mornings and evening unfolded with warmth, intention and abeautiful sense of ease, allowing everyone to fully immerse themselves in the moment.

Most of all, thank you to everyone who joined us. Your presence, openness and energy gave these moments their meaning. We feel fortunate to have welcomed this new perspective on wellbeing to Euforia and to have witnessed such a beautiful encounter between technology, nature and the people who make a place feel alive.

On August 22nd and 23rd, Nircura | Red Light & NIR Technologies & Euforia invite you to discover a new dimension of wellbeing, marking a special first for the Romanian wellness scene.

Making its debut at Euforia, Nircura | Red Light & NIR Technologies brings its Red Light Yoga Mats to the beach, introducing a practice that pairs yoga with red and infrared light technology. Surrounded by the sea and guided by the natural light of sunrise and sunset, the setting becomes part of the ritual itself.

Nircura | Red Light & NIR Technologies brings the science of light into modern wellness rituals through professional-grade devices using carefully selected red and infrared wavelengths, informed by clinical research and studies on photobiomodulation.

The experience will unfold across two sessions, each with its own energy.

SATURDAY | 19:30 | SUNSET YOGA | A slow, grounding session on the beach as the sun goes down, followed by Prosecco and a fire pit.

SUNDAY | 07:00 | SUNRISE YOGA | A fresh start to the day, moving with the first light of morning, followed by fresh juice by the sea.

Both sessions will be guided by Ana Maria Tudoran, whose approach combines mindful movement with grounded practices, creating a space where everyone can connect with the experience in their own way, regardless of previous yoga experience.

On September 5th at 10:00 AM, we invite you to join us by the sea, at Euforia, for a mindful workshop dedicated to little ones aged 1–3 and their parents.

Together with our dear partners .ro, we’re bringing you a special morning guided by Sabina Voinea, Montessori Expert, centred around the idea of intentional play and the role it can have in a child’s early years.

Toys can be so much more than objects that keep little ones busy. When thoughtfully chosen and introduced at the right stage, they can support natural development, encourage curiosity, foster independence and create meaningful opportunities for learning through play.

During the workshop, we’ll look at how to select toys that are appropriate for your child’s age and development, how to encourage exploration without directing it and how to give little ones the space and confidence to find their own way.

Set in the relaxed atmosphere of Euforia, with the sea just steps away, the workshop is an invitation to slow down, be present and enjoy the simple joy of playing together.

Our hotel guests are invited to enjoy the workshop as part of their stay, while guests joining us from outside Euforia are welcome to participate for an additional fee.
