Focul de Tabără de la Conacul Nacusi 🔥

Aseară ne-am adunat în jurul focului de tabără, sub cerul de vară și în liniștea binecuvântată a serii, pentru unul dintre cele mai frumoase momente ale Taberei de Post cu Apă.

După zile de post, introspecție și vindecare, focul a devenit locul unde ne-am așezat împreună să împărtășim gânduri, trăiri și descoperiri. Am vorbit despre provocări, despre puterea corpului de a se regenera, despre emoțiile care ies la suprafață atunci când încetinim ritmul și învățăm să ascultăm.

În lumina flăcărilor, diferențele dintre noi au dispărut. Am fost doar oameni aflați pe același drum – căutând mai multă sănătate, mai multă pace și o conexiune mai profundă cu noi înșine.

Postul cu apă nu este doar despre absența hranei. Este despre prezență. Despre a face loc pentru ceea ce contează cu adevărat. Iar serile petrecute împreună în jurul focului ne reamintesc că vindecarea se întâmplă nu doar în corp, ci și în suflet.

Mulțumesc tuturor celor care au ales să fie aici, cu inimile deschise și cu curajul de a porni în această călătorie.

La Conacul Nacusi, focul încălzește trupul, iar comunitatea încălzește sufletul. ❤️🔥

POSTUL CU APĂ @ CONACUL NACUSI

Există momente în viață când trupul cere liniște, mintea cere oprire, iar sufletul cere întoarcere.

Postul cu apă nu este doar abținere de la hrană. Este o pauză sacră oferită întregii ființe. Este momentul în care corpul nu mai consumă energie pentru digestie și începe să lucreze mai profund: curățare, regenerare, resetare.

În tăcerea postului, începem să auzim din nou ce am ignorat prea mult timp: oboseala corpului, agitația minții, foamea sufletului după sens, pace și lumină.

La Conacul Nacusi, postul cu apă se desfășoară într-un loc viu, înconjurat de pădure, flori, râu, aer curat și rugăciune. Aici, natura susține procesul de vindecare, iar fiecare zi devine o invitație la simplitate, curaj și reconectare.

💧 Postul nu este o pedeapsă pentru trup.
Este un dar.
O întoarcere la curățenie, claritate și încrederea că organismul știe drumul spre vindecare atunci când îi oferim liniște.

Look Who Came to Visit Us Today at Conacul Nacusi! 🦌

This morning, one of the forest’s gentle residents decided to pay us a visit.

As we were working in the gardens, a beautiful roe deer quietly emerged from the woods and wandered through the grounds of Conacul Nacusi, as if she had always belonged here.

Moments like these remind us that we are only caretakers of this special place. The forest, the river, the birds, the owls, the deer, the flowers, and the trees all share this land with us.

One of the greatest gifts of life at Conacul Nacusi is waking up each day not only surrounded by nature—but feeling truly connected to it.

Today, nature stopped by to say hello. ❤️

Conacul Nacusi – where the forest meets the soul.

Some people arrive at Conacul Nacusi as guests and leave as friends. Others arrive and leave us with a lesson we will carry for a lifetime.

Over the past two weeks, I had the privilege of hosting Bjørn, founder of Right To Move, who drove all the way from Norway to Romania to spend time with us at Conacul Nacusi.

Bjørn was born with muscular dystrophy. Doctors told him he would never walk.

Yet there he was.

Walking through the orchard.

Enjoying the gardens.

Sharing meals and conversations.

Traveling across Europe on his own terms.

His presence reminded me of something important: often, the greatest limitations are not the ones we are born with, but the ones we accept in our minds.

Watching Bjørn move through daily life with determination and grace was deeply inspiring. He does not allow the challenges of his body to define the possibilities of his life. His resilience is extraordinary.

During our conversation, I asked him:

“If there is one thing you will take back with you from your experience at Conacul Nacusi, what would it be?”

His answer was simple.

“Remember to breathe.”

He explained that when frustration comes, when tasks take longer, when mistakes happen because he cannot move as easily as others, he reminds himself to stop, take a deep breath, and say:

“All is well.”

Such simple words.

Yet perhaps they contain a wisdom many of us need to hear.

We all face challenges. Some are visible, some are hidden. We all have moments when life does not go as planned.

Maybe the answer is not always to fight harder.

Maybe sometimes the answer is to pause, breathe deeply, and remember that all is well.

Thank you, Bjørn, for your friendship, your courage, and the reminder that the human spirit is far stronger than any limitation.

The doors of Conacul Nacusi will always be open to you.

The petals are separated gently from the seed pods…
