Somehow, mornings feel different here.
The light moves slower, the coffee tastes better,
and for a moment… everything quiets down.
We open this space only from time to time.
This weekend is one of those moments, a good coffee and great company.

Realistically, this isn’t the most obvious thing to do. Opening your space like this, occasionally, without turning it into a standard business model... it’s not the usual path.
But that’s exactly why it feels the way it does.
Somewhere along the way, without making a big statement out of it, we
introduced something new to this area. A different kind of weekend. A different way of bringing people together. Not loud. Not permanent. Just something that happens... and stays with you.
And we’re quietly proud of that. Because sometimes, it only takes one place to shift the way people experience a place they thought they already knew.

There’s a certain rhythm most coffee places follow. You walk in, order, sit for a while, and move on.
And then, every now and then, you find a place where that rhythm changes a bit. Where staying longer feels natural. Where you’re not just passing through.
If you sit down at one of the tables during a pop-up weekend, nothing feels staged.
You’ll see a couple of coffees on the table, warm light on wood, something fresh coming out of the oven. But stay a bit longer and it shifts. People who didn’t know each other start talking. Some come out of curiosity and end up staying for hours. Others already ask about the next one before they leave. No pressure to leave
And somehow, that’s what people connect to the most.

I’m not sure we can fully explain what happened here this weekend, but it’s something we didn’t quite expect either. Thank you to everyone who stepped through our door and joined us for our 3rd pop-up cafe. This place was never meant to be a classic open cafe. It’s always been more private, more quiet, something you come to and keep for yourself.
But at some point, we felt like opening it up... just from time to time. Not permanently. Not as a full-time concept. Just enough to let people experience it. Living abroad most of my life, exposed me to different ways people gather around coffee, food and slow weekends. And the idea became simple: what if, every now and then, we bring that energy here... without changing what this place actually is?
