Casuta cu Tei Oferim cazare de lux intr-o zona linistita la curte. Capacitate maxima de cazare este 4 persoane. Se ofera factura pt cine are nevoie.

Preturi: 400 lei/noapte pt 1-2 persoane;
800lei/noapte pt 3-4 persoane;

Rezervari la nr: 0756.859.834 Oferim cazare in regim hotelier la casuta de Lux-Premium.Totul este nou si curat.Capacitatea totala de cazare este de 8 persoane. Spre deosebire de locatiile de la blocuri,la noi gasiti intimitate si discretie maxima,drept urmare puteti parca masina direct in curtea proprietatii daca

doriti. Locatiile sunt situate in jud Bihor localitatea Oradea cartier Oncea pe str Episcop Ioan Alexi,intr-o zona foarte linistita. Locatiile beneficiaza de curte privata cu gazon,plante ornamentale,loc de joaca pt copii,parcare privata gratuita,terasa si posibilitate de facut gratare. Ca si dotari sunt: Smart TV-uri 4K,Internet+Wi-Fi gratuit,senzori de fum,paturi king size matrimoniale cu saltele super ortopedice, canapea extensibila, uscator de par,spatiu de lucru pentru laptop,bucatarie complet mobilata si utilata,aparat de cafea,difuzoare audio in tavan-HI-FI+Bluetooth,incalzire in pardoseala automatizata. Conditii de cazare:Carte de identitate.Nu se accepta fumatul in locatie (doar in curte),animalele de companie se accepta doar daca raman in curte,nu se accepta petreceri. Oferim o cafea/cei pe zi din partea casei incluse in pretul cazarii. Destinatii parcurse cu masina fata de locatie:
Aquapark Nymphaea - 6 km (9 min),Cetatea Oradea-5,7 Km (11min),Baile Felix-18 km (20min),Centru str Republicii-4,5 km (9 min),Piata Unirii-6,2 km (11min),Lotus Mall Retail Park-5,4 km (10 min),Lidl-1,2 km (3 min),Vama Bors - 9.5 Km-12 min;

PRETURILE SUNT:

200 Lei/ Zi pentru 2 persoane;
400 Lei/ Zi pentru 3-4 persoane;
600 Lei/ Zi pentru 5-6 persoane;
800 Lei/Zi pentru 7-8 persoane;

In weekend pretul este 250 lei camera dubla (cu pat matrimonial 160x200 cm);

Se poate inchiria si doar curtea,terasa si gratarul la pretul de 50 lei/persoana, fara cazare. Optional se ofera transport,contra cost la anumite puncte turistice:Aquapark Nymphaea,Baile Felix,Terase, Restaurante,Cafenele,Aeroporturi,Etc. Ne rezervam dreptul de a ne selecta clientii! We offer hotel accommodation at the Lux-Premium cottage. Everything is new and clean. The total accommodation capacity is 8 people. Unlike the locations in the blocks of flats, with us you will find maximum privacy and discretion, as a result you can park your car directly in the yard of the property if you wish. The locations are located in Bihor county, Oradea locality, Oncea neighborhood, on Episcop Ioan Alexi street, in a very quiet area. The locations benefit from a private yard with lawn, ornamental plants, playground for children, free private parking, terrace and the possibility to make barbecues. As facilities are: 4K Smart TVs, Internet + free Wi-Fi, smoke sensors, king size matrimonial beds with super orthopedic mattresses, sofa bed, hair dryer, laptop workspace, fully furnished and equipped kitchen, coffee maker, audio speakers in the ceiling-HI-FI + Bluetooth, automated underfloor heating. Accommodation conditions: Identity card. Smoking is not allowed in the location (only in the yard), pets are only accepted if they stay in the yard, no parties are accepted. We offer a coffee / those per day from the house included in the price of accommodation. Destinations traveled by car to the location:
Nymphaea Aquapark - 6 km (9 min), Oradea Fortress - 5.7 km (11 min), Felix Baths - 18 km (20 min), Republic Center Center - 4.5 km (9 min), Unirii Square - 6.2 km (11min), Lotus Mall Retail Park-5.4 km (10 min), Lidl-1.2 km (3 min), Vama Bors - 9.5 Km-12 min;

THE PRICES ARE:

200 Lei / Day for 2 people;
400 Lei / Day for 3-4 people;
600 Lei / Day for 5-6 people;
800 Lei / Day for 7-8 people;

On weekends the price is 250 lei double room (with double bed 160x200 cm);

You can rent only the yard, terrace and barbecue at the price of 50 lei / person, without accommodation. The invoice is provided for those who need it. Optionally, transport is offered, for a fee at certain tourist points: Aquapark Nymphaea, Baile Felix, Terraces, Restaurants, Cafes, Airports, Etc. We reserve the right to select our customers!
