Savour some hearty Romanian cheese, made of the abundant supply of sheep’s milk from the mountains in the region, and our restaurant’s other offers that include a range of local specialties, such as Mamaliga, a polenta dish, and an assortment of tasty stews. You will also enjoy the intense flavour of naturally ripened tomatoes and succulent fruit from our own garden and from farmers in the neighbourhood, products we also use to prepare international delicacies. Come and visit the “Garden of the Carpathian Mountains”, as Romania is often called, and allow yourself to be enchanted like the painter mentioned above. By the way, the Valea Lupului guesthouse was intended to provide the children who used to live in the Panatau orphanage with a chance to enter into professional life.

„Dacă aţi şti, cât de frumoasă este ţara mea!”-se entuziasma visător un pictor român în trecut. Se referea la păşunile cu verdele lor crud, câmpiile de flori cu mireasmă delicată, pădurile cu frunze colorate; cascade, prăpăstii, lacuri glaciare, vârfuri de munte acoperite cu zăpadă, râuri repezi, marea albastră.
În mijlocul unei văi pitoreşti se află Pensiunea „Valea Lupului” între oraşele Braşov şi Buzău, în sud-estul ţării. Beneficiaţi de confortul unei construcţii noi concepute de un arhitect elveţian -construcţie într-un ambient familial, departe de casă şi totuşi acasă. Serviciile individuale ale celor şapte angajaţi din Casa noastră, cele 11 camere frumoase şi spaţioase precum şi priveliştea de vis pe dealurile din împrejurimi de pe terasa noastră garantează o senzaţie plăcută. Savuraţi brânza delicioasă românească pregătită din laptele oilor care completează peisajul nostru alpin.
În restaurant găsiţi şi alte specialităţi regionale cm este mămăliga sau diferite mâncăruri gustoase autohtone. Bucuraţi-vă de aroma roşiilor coapte la soare, de fructele dulci din grădina noastră mare sau aduse de la ţăranii din vecini. Din aceste produse pregătim şi bunătăţi din bucătăria internaţională. Veniţi în „Grădina Carpaţilor”, nume dat deseori României şi poate şi d-stră veţi începe să visaţi precum a făcut-o pictorul. Pensiunea „Valea Lupului” a fost construită şi pentru integrarea foştilor locuitori ai Casei copilului din Pănătău deveniţi acum adulţi, în viaţa profesională.

Inmitten eines unberührten Tals zwischen den Städten Brasov und Buzau im Südosten des Landes liegt die Pension Valea Lupului. Im Restaurant finden Sie noch mehr regionale Spezialitäten wie den beliebten Maisbrei Mamaliga oder deftige Eintöpfe. Geniessen Sie das intensive Aroma der sonnengereiften Tomaten und die süssen Früchte aus unserem grossen Garten und von Bauern in der Nachbarschaft. Aus diesen Produkten bereiten wir übrigens auch Köstlichkeiten der internationalen Küche zu. Kommen Sie in den „Garten der Karpaten“, wie Rumänien oft genannt wird, und vielleicht geraten Sie bald genauso ins Schwärmen wie es einst der Maler tat.
Übrigens: Die Pension Valea Lupului wurde auch gebaut, um den ehemaligen Kindern des Heims Panatau einen Einstieg ins Berufsleben zu ermöglichen.

A Valea Lupului Vendégház egy festői völgyben taláható Brassó és Buzau városok között délkeletre. Egy svájci építész által tervezett új épület kényelmét évezheti egy tipikus romániai családias környezetben – otthontól távol és mégis otthon. Ez az élmény hét alkalmozottunk személyreszabott szolgáltatásainak, a tizenegy szép, tágas szobának és a teraszról nyíló csodálatos kilátásnak köszönhető. Megkóstolhatja az ízletes román sajtot, amelyet a svájci Alpokat idéző hegyoldalakon legelő juhok tejéből készítenek. A vendéglőben további helyi sajátosságokat kóstolhat, mint például a puliszkát (mamaliga) vagy az ízletes gulyást. Élvezheti a napérlelte paradicsomok erőteljes izét és a helyi termelők tágas kertjeinek édes gyümölcseit. Nemzetközi konyhánk ételei is ezekből a termékekből készülnek. Elvarázsolja majd a “Kárpátok kertje”, ahogy Romániát nevezik, ugyanúgy, mint ahogy a valamikori festőt is megihlette. Ugyanakkor a Valea Lupului Vendégház azzal a céllal is épült, hogy lehetőséget teremtsen a Panatau-i Gyermekotthon mindenkori növendékeinek a szakmai életben való elhelyezkedésre.
