A stay in this truly unique home can not even be called a beautiful experience; it's a 'happening'. Because what you'll find here, you'll hardly find anywhere else.

A cozy and modern 2-bedrooms villa, located at the foot of the Negoiu mountain, perfect for 2-3 families or a couple of friends, with a max. capacity for 10 people. It‘s the place where technology meets nature: you’ll find a quite and peaceful place to escape from your daily life but you’ll have all the luxury and comfort from home. Moreover you will step into a small tech hub: Google Home assistant will be at your disposal, your voice will turn the lights & fireplace and few other smart gadgets.

Inside the house: On the main floor you will find an open living, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equipped. The living room has a huge couch, an electric fireplace and a smart TV. 2 Guests will be able to sleep in the living room, either on the couch or on 2 extendible beds.

On the first floor you will find two large bedrooms. Each bedrooms has 2 double beds and a baby bed. There is one bathroom with hot shower at each floor.

Outside the house: You‘ll have a 1000 sqm-yard to enjoy the fresh air, a children’s playground for age 0-12years, a peaceful hammocks oasis for anyone to relax, a big Christmas three to decorate in winter time, a Badminton court to do some sport, a place to use a bow and arrows, a firepit for a great BBQ/goulash, a big terrace to enjoy the nature.

If you love mountains, you will find yourself right on the path to the Negoiu peak. Follow the blue triangle and you will be able to reach Cabana Negoiu in 2hours from our place. If you are a more relaxed traveller just have a 15min walk to Castelul de Lut, take some pictures and enjoy the spirit of nature. 20km from our place you will also find the famous Transfagarasan road. Take a good camera, the views are incredible.

You can reach our place with any type of car. First you follow the signs to Castelul the Lut. Afterwards you turn left and follow the sign towards Cabana Negoiu. At the next intersection you turn right following the Cabana Negoiu sign. After 200m you’ll see a small bridge on the right side. It has a sign saying „Private property 3t“. Drive on the bridge. Our house is the 3rd one on the right side, on the corner.

You’ll have plenty of parking possibilities inside our court yard, all for free of course.
