Ideal for groups like two or three families - up to 10 persons - Iancu 21 is a 180 m2 fully restored apartment in a historical building located in the very heart of the city. The apartment consists of the whole 1st floor of the building, including one ground floor private entrance and staircase. The three bedrooms are about 20 m2 and each has a private large bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink. In addition, there is a large 40 m2 living room (can be used as the 4th bedroom), the 4th bathroom - the main one - accessible from the main hall, one main hall (sitting area) of 25 m2, one kitchen/dining room of about 20 m2. The ceiling height in the apartment is 3,5 m. A washing machine and a dryer, as well as additional linen and towels, are available for you in the main bathroom. Please notice: there are no TVs in the apartment. You have a fast Internet connection via Wi-Fi and USB chargers in each room (you will also find cables for charging phones in the living room).
Location is ideal for tourists: 1 min. to the Big Square and the Brukenthal Museum. Lots of restaurants are close by, less than 200 m away. A supermarket (Carrefour) is just 100 m from the house and the "only pedestrian" area as well, 100 m away. If you want to travel by taxi, the car will bring you right in front of the house. A taxi station is located 5 min from the house as well.
