Focus pe detaliu - piept de rața cu piuree cremos și varză roșie 💫

În cetate, cina nu se grăbește.
Pielea se crestează ca să iasă crocantă, se rumenește și se montează. Apoi ajunge la masă, sub bolțile gotice.

Azi s-a lucrat în echipă ca să punem pe masă cele mai pufoase găluște cu prune — sau gomboți, cm li se spune în Ardeal. 🫐

Aluat pufos, prune dulci-acrișoare, pesmet auriu aromatizat cu scorțișoară și zahăr brun - un adevărat răsfăț gurmand de toamnă 🍂

Today the team came together to bring to the table the fluffiest plum dumplings — or gomboți, as they’re called in Transylvania. 🫐
Soft dough, sweet-tart plums, and a golden breadcrumb coating scented with cinnamon and brown sugar — a true autumn treat. 🍂

Lumini, coronițe și ghirlande, decoruri feerice și o echipă de filmare care a ales Sighișoara ca decor pentru o reclamă de Crăciun.
Curând, cetatea noastră va ajunge pe ecranele din toată țara
într-o reclamă de sărbători. 🌲

This weekend, Citadel Square turns into a film set 🎬
Lights, wreaths and garlands, fairy-tale decorations, and a film crew that chose Sighișoara as the backdrop for a Christmas commercial.
Soon, our citadel will appear on screens across the country
in a holiday advertisement. 🌲
