🏨 In the city center of Timisoara, but away from the noise of the main boulevard, the apartment is located in a quiet area, in a real parc, very close from the old town, between The Cardinal Points Fountain and The County Police, in the proximity of the Union Square and Dicasterial Palace.
✨ The whole apartment was renovated and offers you all you need for a confortable stay.
You’ll be welcome by a modern design and you’ll find a very nice place to relax.
🛏️ The bedroom have a relaxing queen bed.
🛋 Living has a sofa that can accomodate two, a LCD screen and an office area. The living opens to a balcony which is a very nice place to relax and gives you a splendid view of a park area.
🍽️ The kitchen is equipped with everything it needs: oven, gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, dishes and tableware, pots and pans, etc. In the kitchen you’ll find also the washing machine.
🛁 In the bathroom is a tub and also provide towels, slippers and cosmetics.
In the whole property you will get free Wi-fi.
🏨🚪 The entry of the building is secured with intercom and the acces is based on a card. 😊 🗝️ I’ll wait for you at the entrance to give you the keys.
The accommodation of the guests will be based on an identity document and it will be necessary to fill in a form required by the national tourism laws. We offer you an invoice for settling expenses, if that is useful.
🅿️ Near the property is a free public parking area. There are also public parking places on the street, for a fee of 3 euros, Monday to Friday between 8:00 and 17:00, 📲 sending an SMS. After 17:00 and during the weekend parking is free.
The nearest bus or taxi station is at most 2 minutes walk, so the location allows guests to get to any point of the city easily.

🏨 The two rooms apartment is located in the center of Timisoara, just behind of the District Government Office, near the University of Medicine and Pharmacy.
✨ The whole apartment was renovated recently and offers you all you need for a confortable stay in my city of residence.
You’ll be welcome by a modern design and you’ll find a very nice place to relax.
🌿 The theme of all arrangement was “the nature” so you’ll find a piece of it in every place.
🛏️ The bedroom, with a relaxing queen bed, opens to a loggia that gives you a splendid view of a park area.
🛋 Living area is a very bright one and has a sofa (150x200) that can accomodate two, a LCD screen and a bar area that can be also used as a 💻 office space.
🍽️ The kitchen is equipped with everything it needs.
🛁 In the modern bathroom you’ll find a big shower, washing mashine with dryer and a built-in hairdryer.
🏨🚪 The entry of the building is secured with intercom and the acces is based on code.
😊 🗝️ I’ll wait for you at the entrance to give you the acces code and the keys or we’ll use the lockbox in case I’m missing out of town. Anyway, feel free to contact me for any questions.

The apartment is placed in the historical monument area, in close proximity of historical center and the most important points of interest of the city. The ultracentral area of Timisoara is a 10-minute walk from the property.
