❗Noul proiect Cozy Campus, a avansat de la stadiul de proiect la prima cameră de camin finalizată. Am testat de la practicitate la confort si siguranță, pana la iluminare si durabilitatea materialelor folosite si am ajuns la acestă configurație care va fi replicată in toate cele 44 de camere de cămin.

📣Suntem bucuroși să anunțăm lansarea unui nou segment în portofoliul nostru de business în domeniul cazărilor: 𝐂𝐨𝐳𝐲 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐮𝐬 – un cămin privat modern dedicat studenților din Timișoara.

📍 Situat în Campusul Universitar, pe Strada Lascăr Catargiu, Cozy Campus înseamnă 44 de camere private de 16 m² cu baie proprie și tot ce ai nevoie din prima zi: pat single, birou, dulapuri de depozitare, cuier, mini-fridiger și televizor smart.

❗Mai mult decât atât, studenții au acces gratuit la facilități care fac viața de zi cu zi mai simplă, sigură si productivă:
• acces smart și supraveghere video în spațiile comune;
• spălătorie self-service;
• bucătărie comună complet echipată;
• internet și cablu TV;
• mini-sală de sport;
• sală pentru studiu, lectură și remote work;
• spațiu de depozitare pentru biciclete și bunuri personale;

📃Totul este simplu și transparent: 1.350 lei/lună, cu TVA și utilități incluse, precum și curățenia spațiilor comune și accesul la facilitățile comune.

When two enthusiastic entrepreneurs meet, something awesome is bound to come out. What can be better than a great coffee after a long nap?

Our “Cozy Hideout”, a 4 Star rated accommodation met the highly rated coffee shop Plug In Coffee and a new star was born offering you delicious sandwiches, pastry, smoothies and their well-known coffee specialities, inside our Hotel. Waking up in the morning with some freshly baked croissants, the smell of pure coffee and some chill chords is extraordinary!

After a long day, there's nothing better than a cozy hideout 🏨
