Join us at The Szekler for a menu inspired by fresh ingredients and the flavours of the countryside.

On the menu:
• Trout fillet with sheep’s yoghurt, cucumber, dill and new potatoes
• Mangalica pork with summer cabbage and roasted plums
• Stuffed tomatoes with Mangalica ragù, cucumber salad, yoghurt and mint
• Summer tomatoes with dill, cheese foam and sourdough breadcrumbs
• Lamb chop

One of the most meaningful activities at The Szekler is our terracotta painting workshop—an invitation to slow down, create, and connect with the local heritage of this region.

For generations, the villages of Covasna have been known for their beautifully crafted terracotta tiles, a tradition that still lives on today. During the workshop, each guest paints their own terracotta piece, taking home not just a handmade souvenir, but a small part of Transylvania’s story.
