🇭🇺A legszebb helyek nemcsak a látvány miatt maradnak velünk.

Hanem azokért a pillanatokért, amelyeket megélünk bennük. 🤍

Családi összejövetelek, baráti találkozások, közös vacsorák és beszélgetések, amelyekből később emlékek lesznek.

A legszebb emlékek gyakran egy közös asztal körül születnek. ✨

🇬🇧The most beautiful places stay with us for more than just their views.

They stay with us because of the moments we share there. 🤍

Family gatherings, weekends with friends, shared dinners, and conversations that later become cherished memories.

The most meaningful memories are often created around a table shared with the people we care about. ✨

Ahol a reggelt madárcsicsergés, a napot hegyi tájak, az estét pedig a nyugalom kíséri.

Találkozzunk Hargita szívében. 🌿

🇬🇧Sometimes, all you need is a place where time slows down. ✨

Where mornings begin with birdsong, days are surrounded by mountain landscapes, and evenings are filled with peace and tranquility.

Let’s meet in the heart of Harghita. 🌿

🇭🇺A Berke és a Honor története ugyanott kezdődik: a természetben. 🌿

A Berke Farmon nevelt állatok húsai kerülnek a Honor Pensiune & Spa asztalaira, így vendégeink pontosan tudhatják, honnan érkezik az alapanyag a tányérjukra.

A nevelde, a feldolgozó, a vadaspark és a panzió mindössze 1 km-es körzeten belül található.

A tiszta hegyi levegő, a természetes legelők, a vadon termő füvek és gyógynövények, valamint a forrásvíz olyan minőséget adnak az alapanyagoknak, amelyet leggyakrabban a fine dining éttermek világában keresnek.

Mi mindezt hagyományos erdélyi fogásokban mutatjuk meg.

🤍 A Berke Farm és a Honor Pensiune & Spa nem két külön történet, hanem ugyanannak a szemléletnek a része.

🇬🇧The story of Berke and Honor begins in the same place: nature. 🌿

The meat served at Honor Pensiune & Spa comes from animals raised at Berke Farm, allowing our guests to know exactly where the ingredients on their plates come from.

The farm, processing facility, wildlife park, and guesthouse are all located within a 1 km radius.

Fresh mountain air, natural pastures, wild herbs, and spring water create the kind of quality most often associated with fine dining restaurants.

We bring that quality to life through traditional Transylvanian cuisine.

🤍 Berke Farm and Honor Pensiune & Spa are not two separate stories, but part of the same visio

🇭🇺 Nagy öröm volt számunkra, hogy a Visit Harghita szervezésében ezúttal Szaúd-Arábiából érkező, elismert női séfeket láthattunk vendégül panziónkban. ✨

A program során vendégeink ellátogattak a Berke húsfeldolgozó üzemébe és a bárányneveldébe is, ahol közelebbről megismerhették a helyi alapanyagok útját.

Panziónkban ezekből a kiváló alapanyagokból készült, hagyományos módon elkészített fogásokat kóstolhattak meg, miközben Hargita gasztronómiai örökségével és vendégszeretetével is találkozhattak.

Köszönjük a Visit Harghita csapatának a szervezést, és vendégeinknek, hogy részesei lehettünk ennek a különleges találkozásnak. 🤍

🇬🇧We were delighted to welcome a group of renowned female chefs from Saudi Arabia to our guesthouse as part of a program organized by Visit Harghita. ✨

During their visit, our guests had the opportunity to discover the journey of local ingredients firsthand through visits to the Berke meat processing facility and the lamb-rearing farm.

At our guesthouse, they enjoyed traditionally prepared dishes made from these high-quality local ingredients, experiencing the authentic gastronomy, traditions, and hospitality of Harghita.

We would like to thank the Visit Harghita team for the excellent organization and our guests for being part of this special experience. 🤍
