Carnea servită la Honor Pensiune & Spa provine de la animalele crescute la Ferma Berke, astfel încât oaspeții noștri știu exact de unde provin ingredientele din farfurie.

Ferma, unitatea de procesare, parcul de vânătoare și pensiunea se află într-un perimetru de doar 1 km.

Aerul curat de munte, pășunile naturale, plantele sălbatice și apa de izvor oferă ingredientelor o calitate întâlnită de obicei în restaurantele fine dining.

Noi transformăm această calitate în preparate tradiționale ardelenești.

🇷🇴A fost o adevărată bucurie să găzduim în pensiunea noastră, în cadrul unui program organizat de Visit Harghita, un grup de chef-ițe de renume din Arabia Saudită. ✨

Pe parcursul vizitei, oaspeții noștri au avut ocazia să descopere îndeaproape traseul ingredientelor locale, vizitând unitatea de procesare a cărnii Berke și ferma de creștere a mieilor.

În pensiunea noastră au degustat preparate tradiționale realizate din aceste ingrediente de calitate, descoperind astfel gastronomia autentică, tradițiile și ospitalitatea Harghitei.

Mulțumim echipei Visit Harghita pentru organizare și oaspeților noștri pentru această experiență deosebită. 🤍

🇭🇺 Nagy öröm volt számunkra, hogy a Visit Harghita szervezésében ezúttal Szaúd-Arábiából érkező, elismert női séfeket láthattunk vendégül panziónkban. ✨

A program során vendégeink ellátogattak a Berke húsfeldolgozó üzemébe és a bárányneveldébe is, ahol közelebbről megismerhették a helyi alapanyagok útját.

Panziónkban ezekből a kiváló alapanyagokból készült, hagyományos módon elkészített fogásokat kóstolhattak meg, miközben Hargita gasztronómiai örökségével és vendégszeretetével is találkozhattak.

Köszönjük a Visit Harghita csapatának a szervezést, és vendégeinknek, hogy részesei lehettünk ennek a különleges találkozásnak. 🤍

During their visit, our guests had the opportunity to discover the journey of local ingredients firsthand through visits to the Berke meat processing facility and the lamb-rearing farm.

At our guesthouse, they enjoyed traditionally prepared dishes made from these high-quality local ingredients, experiencing the authentic gastronomy, traditions, and hospitality of Harghita.

🇷🇴 În cadrul turului culinar organizat de Taste of Transylvania, am avut onoarea de a găzdui maeștri ai gastronomiei din România și din întreaga lume.

Ziua a început cu hrănirea vânatului și procesul de tranșare, urmate de vizitarea fermei de îngrășare a mieilor și a unității de procesare. Punctul culminant al zilei a fost însă seara, construită în jurul tematicii rafinate a cărnii de cerb.

Cina a fost pregătită și servită la Restaurantul Páva, în incinta Academiei Gastronomice Taste of Transylvania. Bucătarii au colaborat pentru a crea un meniu de degustare cu 9 feluri, oferind o adevărată explozie de arome.

O masă, patru națiuni și tot ce are mai bun de oferit Harghita – astfel a prins contur această zi de neuitat, organizată de Visit Harghita și Trucza Adorján.

Mulțumim pentru organizare și pentru oportunitatea de a face parte din această experiență.

A Taste of Transylvania séftúráján román és nemzetközi gasztro-mestereket láttunk vendégül.

A napot vadetetéssel és vadbontással kezdtük, majd a bárányhízlalda és a feldolgozó üzem megtekintése után jött a nap fénypontja: az este, amely a fenséges szarvas tematikája köré épült.

A vacsorát, a Taste of Transylvania Gasztro Akadémia konyhájában készítették, és ugyanitt fogyasztottuk el. A séfek közösen alkottak meg egy 9 fogásos vacsorát, igazi ízorgiát varázsolva az asztalra.

Egy asztal, négy nemzet, és a Hargita legjava – így lett kerek ez a felejthetetlen nap, amelyet a Visit Harghita és Trucza Adorján szervezett.

Köszönjük a szervezést, és hogy részesei lehettünk ennek a túrának.

🇬🇧During the Taste of Transylvania chef tour, we had the pleasure of hosting renowned culinary masters from Romania and across the globe.

The day began with game feeding and butchery, followed by a visit to the lamb fattening farm and the processing facility. The highlight of the day was the evening, centered around the exquisite theme of venison.

Dinner was prepared and served at Páva Restaurant, within the walls of the Taste of Transylvania Gastronomy Academy. The chefs collaborated to create a 9-course tasting menu, delivering a true explosion of flavors.

One table, four nations, and the very best of Harghita – this is how this unforgettable day came together, organized by Visit Harghita and Trucza Adorján.

Thank you for the organization and for allowing us to be part of this experience.
