Our advantage is silence in close proximity to nature and clear sea. There are public canteen and cafe close by as well. If there is need for any kinds of entertainment then it is just half an hour to get to Lazarevskoye by car or by local train, and one and half hour - to Sochi - Winter Olympic Games host city in 2014. The prices are for a two-bed room in Dacha 800 rubles and in the House, which is provided with air conditioning, 1200 rubles per day. Not quite expensive. You can reach us by car on A147 highway (from the North or from the South), by bus 158 (from Lazarevskoye) with stop at "Smena-Romashka", and by local community train with stop at railway platform "Smena". Деревня Совет-Квадже (в переводе с адыгейского языка "совет селений") входит в состав Лазаревского района Сочи. Находится у побережья между реками Макопсе и Аше в узкой низменной долине, в 17 километрах по серпантину к северу от Лазаревского. Через Совет-Квадже проходят федеральная автотрасса А-147 "Джубга-Адлер" и железнодорожная ветка Северо-Кавказской железной дороги. Окрестные горы в основном покрыты сосновыми лесами и кипарисовыми рощами. Максимальной вершиной в здешних окрестностях является гора Неожиданная (503 метра) в верховьях одноимённой реки

The village of Sovet-Kvadzhe (translated from the Adyghe language as "the village council") is a part of the Lazarevskoye district of Sochi. It is located along the coast between the Makopse and Ashe rivers in a narrow low-lying valley, in 17 kilometers along the serpentine to the north from Lazarevskoye. Here the federal highway A-147 "Dzhubga-Adler" and the railway line of the North Caucasus Railway pass through. The surrounding mountains are mostly covered with pine forests and cypress groves. Дача находится рядом с домом. Цены здесь дешевле, чем в доме со всеми удобствами. Имеются летний душ и туалет, своя газовая печка, место для посиделок. Кондиционеров нет за ненадобностью: окружающие деревья дают приятную тень от летнего тропического зноя. Преимущество отдыха на даче - изоляция от внешнего мира

Summer cottage is located next to the House. Prices here are cheaper than in a house with all the amenities. But there are a summer shower and a toilet, a gas stove, a place for gathering. There is no air conditioning as it is superfluous: the surrounding trees provide a pleasant shade from the summer tropical heat.
