В течение месяца наш отель — участник эксклюзивного гастрофестиваля «Пять звезд» от Where to Travel.

Шеф Андрей Кагокин (входит в топ-10 шефов по версии премии Where to Travel Awards) специально для фестиваля создал сет с многогранной палитрой вкусов: карпаччо из телячьего языка, котлетки из щуки с кремом из сельдерея и ром-баба с шоколадным кремом. Дополнит дегустацию коктейль «Загадка».

This month, our hotel joins the exclusive "Five Stars" gastronomic festival by Where to Travel — a curated showcase of Russia's finest hospitality.

Executive Chef Andrey Kagokin, ranked among the Top 10 chefs by Where to Travel Awards, has crafted a signature set menu for the occasion. A symphony of textures and tastes: veal tongue carpaccio with piquant sauce and shallots in wine glaze, tender pike patties with celeriac cream, classic rum baba with chocolate cream. Paired perfectly with "The Riddle" cocktail.

В «Балчуге» принимают маленьких гостей так, чтобы родители могли отдохнуть. Пока ребёнок в восторге от бассейна и специального детского меню, вы наслаждаетесь напитками и блюдами в кафе «Кранцлер». А вечером все вместе засыпаете в просторном люксе, где есть место и мягким игрушкам, и сказкам с видами на огни Красной площади. Никаких «хочу домой». Только «можно мы ещё останемся?».

ВЕЧЕР С ИГОРЕМ ЦВИРКО В «БАЛЧУГЕ»

18 июля в отеле «Балчуг Кемпински» состоялся по-настоящему кулуарный вечер. В уютной атмосфере зала «Москва» с видом на Красную площадь мы говорили о главном с Премьером Большого Театра Игорем Цвирко.

Обсудили финальную премьеру сезона — балет «Анна Каренина», узнали о гастрольном графике артиста и даже заглянули в будущее.

Гости унесли с собой не только автографы, но и чувство причастности к магии великого искусства балета. Спасибо всем, кто разделил с нами этот вечер!

AN EVENING WITH IGOR TSVIRKO AT THE BALTSCHUG

On July 18, Hotel Baltschug Kempinski hosted a truly spectacular evening. In the cozy atmosphere of the "Moscow" hall, with a view of Red Square, we had a heartfelt conversation with Igor Tsvirko, Premier of the Bolshoi Theatre.

We discussed the season's final premiere — the ballet "Anna Karenina," learned about the artist's tour schedule, and even caught a glimpse of what lies ahead.

Guests left not only with autographs, but with a sense of having touched the magic of great ballet art. Thank you to everyone who shared this evening with us!
