A warm and cozy apartment for a non-smoking couple or a non-smoking parent with a child, which is situated on the 8th floor of Stalin-era building with iron-concrete floors.
Windows face south. There is an air conditioning.
Smoking and events are prohibited.
Apartment without balcony. There is a playground in the courtyard. The car can be put without problems.
Kitchen, bedroom and separate bathroom with a long corridor at your service. The other room is unused and locked.
Very quiet and safe area, few people. There is a lot of conditions for sports in the Sokolniki park.
It’s 20 minutes walk to the metro, 10-15 minutes to the nearest store.
Smoking is prohibited, there is no balcony. It`s extremely uncomfortable for smokers, because, you have to go down from the 8th floor and exit the entrance to smoke.
