Клаус Абромайт - один из ведущих мировых специалистов в области барочной хореографии. Сотрудничает с Международным фестивалем EARLYMUSIC с 2007 года. Первым проектом г-на Абромайта в России стала постановка первой оперы на русский сюжет "Борис Годунов" Иоганна Маттезона (1710 год). Премьера с успехом прошла в Гамбурге, Санкт-Петербурге и Москве. Постановка этой оперы положила начало деятельности первого российского профессионального коллектива исторического танца "Барочный балет Анджолини". С тех пор Клаус Абромайт - частый гость нашего города. За эти 10 лет он участвовал в оперных постановках фестиваля EARLYMUSIC ("Горебогатырь-Косометович" в 2015 г. и "Цефал и Прокрис" в 2016 г.), а также подготовил с "Барочным балетом Анджолини" несколько хореографических программ. В течение последних лет г-н Абромайт проводит мастер-классы в Академии Русского балета им. А.Я. Вагановой.

My friend Michael is an active traveller who has visited the most extraordinary parts of the globe. I definitely will not be mistaken, naming the most exotic places in his portfolio of Tanzania and Zanzibar. It is clear that Africa hotels are somewhat different from the usual European eye. Michael will shed the light exactly about on these things.

"My father and I went to Tanzania to conquer Kilimanjaro. If you are going to climb to the peak of the Black continent, we do not have specific requirements for living conditions, but we were pleasantly surprised by Africa. The surprise in the first place, was the service - attentive staff. The hotel in which we stayed was a dozen houses with two rooms each (duplexes). Another interesting feature of African hotel proved presence of only a double bed. Mattress are hard because it’s more comfortable to sleep when it is so hot. Clean and interior of the bathroom did not give cause for criticism, but the terrace allowed to relax in a deck chair, enjoying a heavenly view. Next to the houses is spread open-air restaurant. At breakfast - a buffet, where in addition you can find a huge amount of fresh fruit to the usual menu. Immersed in an atmosphere of Savannah contributed to frequent meetings with the flamingos, who came to the territory of the hotel, to quench their thirst and take a dip in the pool. "

Tatiana has been working on the project since its very beginning, and it was she who found the location where the first Randhouse was opened.
"My schoolmate had a large apartment which had to be sold out in 2001 urgently. His family had been living there since 1908 when the building had been constructed, and we had parties in the room with the bay window. The apartment was located not far from the legendary School #239. The apartment's layout was ideal for mini-hotel concept ( there was no such a word then, actually). Small reconstruction was required, and it was the start of Randhouse".
Tatiana has been keeping a lot of tales and stories, and she is the best story-teller that could ever be imagined- just follow our blog- to be continued!

First Randhouse was founded in June of 2001. We were pioneer in a private hotel service segment. It is useful to know the experience of others so I’ve found 4 mini-hotels, so I declare that we were the fifth.
Primarily, I went to the Tourism Committee with a couple of questions. I wanted to know where and what kind of admission I need to get. Extremely busy lady couldn't understand what we want to run, so we could do it without any admissions.
Russian tourist could not imagine what did it mean – Bed&Breakfast. Guesthouse is something from Conan Doyle, but the word ‘mini-hotel’ has not appeared. We bet on the foreign guests, but above the year our country-mates beloved the tiny hotels.
Randhouse was named in honour of Ayn Rand, the fantastic woman from Petersburg. Writer of bestsellers, the founder of the philosophy of objectivism, guru of the American capitalism. Alisa Rosenbaum was born in Saint-Petersburg in 1905. She have finished Petrograd University in 1925. When she was 25 when have published her first book about the Cinema art. The same year she moved to the USA to study.

Hello, my name is Ivan Sokolov. During all the summer, I’ve been working in Randhouse- I met guests from around the world, and they told me a lot of interesting stories which I was happy to retell to my family.
My aunt Alina, Manager General of Randhouse hotels, told me several hilarious stories from our guests as well. Thus, now I have a large collection of funny stories, and I'd like to share some of them with you.
