Week tour of the Golden Ring of Russia on Harley-Dvidson motorcycles.
Historical buildings, ancient temples of Russia, remnants of fortifications, fortresses, churches
and cathedrals, pagan shrines, architecture of various styles and trends - this is not all that can be
seen during the excursion tour of the Golden Ring. Nowdays this route is the “calling card” of
Russia for foreigners, many of whom would like to know better the Russian spirit and history of
the development of our country.
1 st day. Saturday. 14 arrival to Voloza Luxury Village, lunch, excursion to the Gold
Factory, Pokrovsky Gingerbread Factory, Vvedensky Monastery, dinner and party.
2 nd day. Sunday. Departure to the cities of Vladimir and Suzdal. Vladimir for two centuries
was the nominal capital of Northeast Russia. It was here, in the Cathedral of the Assumption of
the Blessed Virgin Mary, that the grand princes got married to reign. This temple was built to
store the icon of the Vladimir Mother of God, who was considered the patroness and protector of
the state. Today, the Assumption Cathedral is included in the UNESCO World Heritage List. His
white-stone walls are covered with frescoes of the finest work - among them are the works of
Andrei Rublev.
Suzdal. Suzdal Kremlin was built in the X century, and, surprisingly, almost all of its main
buildings have survived to this day. Including the Church of the Nativity of the Virgin with a
special dome of rich blue with gold stars.

3 rd day. Monday. Continuation of the tour around Suzdal. Departure to the unique resort
town of Dobrograd. Hotel accommodation and recreation. Sports halls and spa. Dinner.
4 th day. Tuesday. Departure to Nizhny Novgorod. Nizhny Novgorod is one of the most
beautiful cities in Russia. In it you can see ancient temples and cathedrals. The air of the ancient
city is saturated with Russian spirit. Here is a huge number of interesting places.
Excursion. Having met at HOG Harley-Davidson. Dinner.
5 th day. Wednesday. Departure to the town of Ples. Ples is a unique city. At first glance, it
enchants with its distinctive beauty. Here the urban environment fits well into the landscape,
creating a special comfort. This exactly town conquered thoughts and imaginations of many
Russian artists and cultural figures. Landscapes that inspired the great artist Isaac Levitan. As
before, the town keeps the modest, quivering beauty of Russian nature. Accommodation.
Excursion. Relaxation.6 th day. Thursday. Departure to the city of Kostroma and Yaroslavl. Kostroma is an ancient
city on the Volga river, founded in the 12th century by Kiev Prince Yury Dolgoruky. Kostroma
is one of the most beautiful cities of the Golden Ring. All the most important things that should
not be missed: churches and monasteries, beautiful streets, parks and monuments, mansions and
museums.
A trip to Yaroslavl with a tour of all its main attractions will be a real gift to you. We will
walk along the embankment, go to museums, admire the whole atmosphere of the city. Yaroslavl
is one of the most interesting Russian cities, whose history is closely connected with the history
of the country, the language of the people, and the rich Russian culture. Excursion. Dinner.
7 th day. Friday. Departure for the return trip to the Volosa Luxury Village. On the way back
we visit the cities of Rostov, Pereyaslavl-Zalessky, Alexandrov.
Rostov Veliky is a small town, where only about 30 thousand people live today. In ancient
times, it was the capital of the Rostov principality and was a serious spiritual center of Eastern
Russia. This is confirmed by the presence here of a large number of churches and cathedrals, the
main ones of which are the Assumption Cathedral and the Rostov Kremlin State Museum-
Reserve. The ancient city of Pereslavl-Zalessky was founded by Yury Dolgoruky in the middle
of the XII century. The city is located on the shore of the picturesque Pleshcheev Lake among
the endless forests and fields of the Russian Plain. This place breathes with history, each inch of
the earth absorbed so many significant events that it sometimes seems as if it is ready to tell
every traveler about them.This is a protected area of ancient temples and monasteries, a city that remembers the great
Russian princes who created the history of our state.
The main attraction of Alexandrov is the Kremlin, which is also called Alexandrov Sloboda.
In the XVI century, as long as seventeen years, this city was the actual capital of the state: Ivan
the Terrible lived here. It was here that he proclaimed himself king of all Russia.
