We were honored to host students from the International Technical College for Girls in Madinah for an immersive educational visit at Crowne Plaza Madinah.

The session focused on three key pillars of hospitality excellence, We were honored to host students from the International Technical College for Girls in Madinah for an immersive educational visit at Crowne Plaza Madinah.

This special week marks a meaningful opportunity to extend our appreciation and deliver exceptional care to every IHG One Rewards member who is part of our journey at Dar Al Iman InterContinental Madinah.
The week commenced with a warm welcome from our General Manager, Mr Fahad Al Sayegh, followed by a dedicated management session thoughtfully prepared by our Front Office Manager, Mr Aseel. The session began with an engaging activity, “IHG One Rewards: Basics & Benefits”, reinforcing the importance of loyalty through knowledge and interaction.
Our sincere appreciation goes to the F&B team for preparing a refreshing Blue Hawaiian soft drink, adding a special touch to welcome and energise the team. Also, thanks to Housekeeping & engineering Team.

At IHG, the safety of our guests and colleagues is always a top priority. InterContinental Taif successfully conducted an emergency preparedness drill to reinforce awareness, readiness, and proper response procedures.

The exercise ensured that all colleagues were familiar with evacuation protocols and coordinated emergency actions, reflecting our ongoing commitment to safety and operational excellence.
