Born in Canada, raised on Bjäre Peninsula. Rich, deep, and wonderfully sweet. In our century-old cellar, we age organic maple syrup in miniature oak barrels. A favorit with creamy Skåne yoghurt, tasteful cocktails, and delightful peninsula cooking.
