The short hikes will lead you through magnificent natures and they take place in natural reserves in beautiful Österlen, Southern Sweden. The walks will pass through a variety of different landscapes such as
open fields, softly undulating hills, forests, coasts, beaches, small villages and pastures, offering wonderful hiking trails for all kinds of fitness levels. The daily Yoga classes will help to balance body and mind and let you return completely relaxed from your hiking and yoga holiday. You will stay in modern and comfortable double rooms with shared bathroom which give a fantastic view over the surrounding fields and in the basement a big apartment with a big living room, TV, bathroom, kitchenette and a 4 person sleeping room (double bed and a bunk bed). The food consists of organic breakfast, a simple lunch and a delicious dinner, including soft drinks and fruits. There are also many possibilities of eating out in nearby restaurants. The daily schedule will look like this:
After a generous breakfast we will relaxed start our hiking tour around 10:30. We will be hiking between 2-3 hours and there will be enough time for breaks in between. We will also have some moments for mindfulness during the walk. After a Lunch-Snack you will have some time for yourself, for reading or relaxing. At 16:30 there will be a yoga-lesson (~75min.). At 19:00 there will be dinner and around 21:00 a mindfulness-class which is optional. Day 1:

Important:
Travel to us is not included in the price. Yoga classes and hiking tours cannot be booked separately. Minimum participants: 4
