Hoe zou het zijn om een maand of langer in Zweden te wonen?

In het dorp Glava, aan de rand van natuurgebied Glaskogen, verblijf je in een volledig ingericht appartement. Met de supermarkt op loopafstand, volop natuur voor de deur en één duidelijke all-in prijs.

What a season! 🥂 We have been a bit quiet over here, but not in real life. This year, we have been renovating 2 apartments, one for 2 persons and one for 6 persons, we have moved out of the apartments into our Swedish forest house and we have been organizing amazing and adventurous Glava Gravel Challenge 🚲.

It was a busy high season, full with great guests, interesting stories and many campfires. 🔥
Thank you to all of our guests and to the great help we have received during this season! Tack så mycket! 🙏

It’s this time of the year. Guests are gone, autumn is in full swing and there is time for random strolls in the area. 😍 Is was a great second season with lots of great guests and 5 very successful gravel biking weeks. We will be renovating the last two apartments this winter but first we take some time to let the last season sink in. So many new ideas, so many wishes. We are not done yet and that is great! We will be open the whole winter so if you need a little quiet time, just send us a message!🙏🏻

If you are looking for a very Swedish activity, but are done hiking, canoeing and fishing: this is it. 🍄‍🟫 This time of year is perfect for chanterelle picking, even with the small ones in tow (swipe for the little goblins 🍄). Yesterday, we've found a great spot and managed to have enough to let our guests enjoy the delicious treat 😋

It’s amazing how beautiful a view can become under the right conditions. Even without good conditions this place is beautiful, buy with the sun out and the beautiful clouds reflecting in the water, it truly is a marvel. Still very happy to be able to call our ‘backyard’.

Progress! We started painting the outside of the apartments this week. It looks so much better already and we just started. Swipe for the before and the in between 👩‍🎨 it has been one of our favourite transformations so far and we can't wait to finish the whole building (in autumn probably 😁).
