We want to invite you to come and experience the warm hospitality and accessible wilderness of northern Jämtland, Sweden. Close to the mountains, Lappland, and Norway you will be able to discover lots of beautiful spots. The Hammerdal/Strömsund region is overloaded with nature, with a variety of plants, mushrooms, berries and animals like bear, wolverine and elk. So, whether you are interested in

hiking, fishing, canoeing, hunting, bicycling... the possibilities in this area are endless! Our camping is perfectly located for competitors and visitors of the Amundsen Race and the European fly fishing championship. All dogs are welcome! Our camping, next to the Fyrån river, is surrounded by trees and nature, but still it is very good accessible from the E45, the famous Inlandsvägen. Therefore our camping will be the perfect base camp for your trips into the wilderness!

Hundreds of bread rolls have been baked🥖, many guests have enjoyed the homemade burgers🍔 in our restaurant, and our new scoop ice cream cart has delighted many visitors.

The restaurant is closed for the season. Ice creams 🍨 are available at half price this week.

Thank you for visiting our cozy restaurant😊this season!

The campsite, of course, remains open as usual.

This coming winter, we’re heading out on another winter adventure from Camp Route 45.

Stay in one of our comfortable cabins amidst a stunning winter wonderland.

Experience the Scandinavian winter: frozen lakes, beautiful snow-covered landscapes, and cozy moments by the fireplace beneath the Northern Lights.

Great activities. Head out with huskies🐺, snowmobiles, snowshoes, and cross-country skis.
Everything is small-scale and personal.
