Stedsans Farm & Restaurant Stedsans is a forest resort in Southern Sweden a restaurant, ceremony room, simple cabins, a camp site and a no harm-farm.

We want to show that luxury, true sustainability and well-being go hand in hand.

This is goodbye but it’s not the end…
It is now almost 2 months ago we had to let our beautiful project in the forest sink. Stedsans is a closed chapter, and the authorities are doing their thing.
It has been a wild ride, and it still is.
We have spent the last months doing our best to lean into trust that we will land back on our feet again.
It is not the first time that we have lost everything of material value and we know there are better things waiting on the other side. Because we still have each other, and we have our shared mission of doing our part in making the world a better place.
This account will soon change its name. If you want to follow along on our new journey in a country very far away from Sweden - welcome! You can get a tiny hint of what’s in store on the last images in this post.

NEW OPTION: Stay in the forest cottage.

Our little cottage by the entrance to the forest is now available for our guests to book. It’s a cute little house with kitchen, fireplace, bathroom and room for up to 6 people. It’s the perfect option for a romantic date or family get-away.

❄️ In the winter months of 2024/2025 you can book the cottage without food and drinks Sunday-Thursday and have the forest m, the boathouse and sauna all by yourself. A wild and rare experience.

🍽️ On Friday-Saturday in the winter months you can book the cottage with all-inclusive food and drinks in the restaurant.

🌸 From April 2025 a stay with us is always all-inclusive food and drinks.

“The more we care about the Earth, the more we care about humanity. The more we take care of us, the better we can take care of what sustains us. It really is that simple.

So nothing really changed, yet everything changed. The letting go of what we were told to be in those years when we were talk of town in Copenhagen was the big change for us this summer. When we were the darlings of the food-press and everybody wanted the photo of our restaurant on their instagram profile, we lost parts of our souls, that we have now retrieved.”
