Looking for accommodation in Gothenburg?
Welcome to Kongelfs Inn, a nice guesthouse located right next to the medieval fortress "Bohus". We offer affordable accommodation for individual guests as well as business guests, conferences and groups. We are open all year round. Kongelfs Inn is neither a hostel nor a hotel - rather something in between. All our rooms have recently (summer 2017) been renovated. We offer nice and cozy single rooms, double rooms and three larger rooms for families (up to 8 persons). Individual showers and toilets are located in close proximity to your room (in the room there is a sink with cold and hot water). Our room rates always include bed linen, simple (but good and healthy) breakfast as well as cleaning (unless otherwise is agreed). In August 2017 we opened our coffee shop, under the name "Kafé Kongelf".
The campsite is open to the public during the period from mid April - September. During the rest of the year, the camping facilities are primarily open to companies and contracted customers. Kungälv is a small (growing) town, with a very interesting history, about 15 kilometers north of Gothenburg. Just next to the guest house you will find the magnificent Bohus Fortress (you can find out more about our very interesting neighbor here). However, when you get off at the nearest bus stop “Eriksdal” you are actually still in Gothenburg and only a few hundred meters from the municipal boundary. You can easily reach us by bus "Grön Express". From the bus stop "Nordstan" in the centre of Gothenburg the trip takes about 20 minutes. * Gothenburg Landvetter Airport is 28 km away. Stena Line ferry terminal, 30 minutes by car Marstrand (a paradise for sailors) ca 20 min by car Free WiFi access is available in the main building.
