Farm to table. Literally. ☝️

Did you know that some of the vegetables, beets and greens on your plate have travelled less than you did to get here? We work closely with Saba | The Culinary Farmer 🇨🇦 because, just like us, they believe great food starts with great ingredients.

To bring you the freshest produce possible, we let the seasons lead the way. We look at what’s growing on the farm and build our dishes around it! 🥬

On October 23 & 24, our lobby bar is getting a little extra fancy!

We’re serving three special drinks, each crafted with a different Hendrick’s Gin, alongside playful caviar bites that are anything but traditional. Think vanilla ice cream with crispy chicken skin and nuggets with smetana. If you’re a purist, we’ll also be serving hand-served caviar, of course 🤝

Two nights only. Come thirsty, curious and slightly overdressed! 🦩

The new dinner menu is here 🌸🌱 It's filled with local veg, flavours of the Mediterranean and everything you crave a hot summer day!

We team up with The Culinary Farm to bring out the best of what the season has to offer. Right now we have a lot of green on the plate: fennel, Swiss chard, kale, scallion, radish, pink celery, lots of herbs and much more!

Find your faves of the mid size dishes, share a grilled seabass with your darling and finish with the strawberry and basil dessert 💚
