TEPPANYAKI KIRI
In Japanese culinary tradition, the visual experience is just as important as the taste. At our restaurant Teppanyaki Kiri, each table has its own chef who cooks the food in front of the guests on a grill plate. The combination of Japanese and locally sourced Swedish ingredients creates a unique dining experience. We serve a pre-set menu with 7 different dishes, inspired by Japanese cuisine and our surroundings.
The word ’teppanyaki’ comes from Japanese, where ’teppan’ means iron plate and ’yaki’ means grill. ’Kiri’ is Japanese for mist, fog – we hope you are enveloped by the same magical atmosphere as the mist can settle over an open landscape in the evening.
Book only a seat at the table or combine with relaxing time in the Japanese bath ♨️
